Wislak Ltd is a London construction company led by Chris Wiciak (Operations Director) and Martin Sygnarowicz (Construction Director / Senior Site Manager) — two site men who have worked together for more than twenty years.
Between them they have led and managed 10+ residential and commercial schemes — from private house rebuilds and £1m fit-outs to a £9.9m development of 37 apartments — backed by the same trusted subcontractors throughout. That team, that supply chain and that way of running a job all sit under the Wislak name today, with the financial standing to take on and deliver projects in our own right.
We take on work at both ends of the scale. A rear extension, a loft conversion, a basement or a full house rebuild is run with exactly the same site management, safety standard and commercial control as a multi-storey block — sized to the job, never watered down.
